Introduction: STYLISTA is a social fashion app — a digital wardrobe with AI outfit suggestions and social sharing with friends. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. STYLISTA is operated by STYLISTA. Questions? Contact us at stylistaandyou@gmail.com.
Account Information: Name, username, and email address; profile details you choose to add.
Content You Upload: Photos of your clothing and accessories; outfit images you create or share; posts, comments, guestbook messages, chat messages, and style requests; wishlist items.
Social Activity: Votes, reactions, and contest entries; boutique visits and follows; music tracks you share or dedicate.
Usage Data: Standard technical data (device type, app interactions) needed to run the service.
To display your wardrobe, outfits, and posts to you and the people you share with; to power AI outfit suggestions based on your wardrobe; to enable social features — feeds, chat, guestbooks, contests, style requests; and to maintain the safety and integrity of the platform (responding to reports, enforcing rules).
We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties; share your information with advertisers for targeted advertising; or use your wardrobe photos or outfit images for any purpose beyond the app's features.
You decide who sees your content: public posts are visible to everyone on the app; friends-only posts are visible only to users you've approved as friends; restricted sharing is visible only to specific viewers you select; share codes are outfit shares that only people with your code can view. Tip: review your visibility settings on each post. Once you share something publicly, you can't control who screenshots or shares it further.
Users under 18 must have a parent or guardian's permission to use STYLISTA. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors' activity, including posts and interactions with other users. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us at stylistaandyou@gmail.com and we will remove it.
Our AI analyzes your wardrobe items (category, color, season, occasion) to suggest outfits. This analysis happens to provide the feature — we do not use your wardrobe data to build advertising profiles or share it with third parties.
YouTube — Music shared on STYLISTA streams from YouTube. YouTube's own terms and privacy policy apply to playback. We do not share your personal data with any other third party.
Your wardrobe, posts, and profile are retained while your account is active. Deleting your account removes your wardrobe, posts, and profile. Content deleted by you is removed from your profile and feeds as soon as technically feasible.
You can: access and review your data at any time; edit or delete wardrobe items, posts, and outfit images at any time; change visibility settings on your content; delete your account at any time; and request a copy or deletion of your data by contacting stylistaandyou@gmail.com.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
