By creating an account on STYLISTA, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the app. If you are a parent or guardian creating or supervising an account for a minor, you accept these Terms on your own behalf and on behalf of the minor. STYLISTA is operated by STYLISTA ("STYLISTA," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your use of the STYLISTA mobile application and all related services (the "Service").
STYLISTA is a social fashion app that provides: a digital wardrobe where you catalog your clothing and accessories; AI-powered outfit suggestions based on your wardrobe; outfit planning tools including a calendar and templates; social features — boutique feed posts, style requests, guestbooks, chat, dressing rooms, contests, and outfit sharing with friends; and music sharing — dedicating YouTube tracks to other users.
You must be at least 13 years old to create a STYLISTA account. Users under 18 must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to use the app. If you are a parent or guardian allowing a minor to use STYLISTA, you are responsible for supervising their activity, including their posts, visibility settings, and interactions with other users.
Ownership: You own the content you upload to STYLISTA — your clothing photos, outfit images, posts, comments, and profile information. By uploading content, you grant STYLISTA a limited license to display it within the app (including to users you've shared it with) as needed to operate the Service.
Content Standards: You agree not to upload or post content that is sexually explicit, violent, hateful, or discriminatory; images of other people without their consent; content that infringes another person's copyright or trademark; content that is illegal or promotes illegal activity; spam, scams, or misleading commercial content; or personal contact information belonging to others. We may remove content that violates these standards and suspend accounts of repeat violators.
Your Privacy Controls: STYLISTA gives you control over who sees your content. Outfit posts and feed content can be shared publicly, with friends only, or with specific viewers you choose. Shared outfits use share codes that you distribute. You are responsible for choosing your visibility settings. If you share content publicly, anyone on the app may see it.
Treat other users with respect. You agree not to: harass, bully, or intimidate anyone; impersonate another person; send unwanted or spam messages through chat, guestbooks, or style requests; manipulate votes, contests, or reactions (including using multiple accounts); or scrape or redistribute other users' content or data. If you experience harassment or see inappropriate content, report it to us at stylistaandyou@gmail.com. We review reports and may remove users or content at our discretion.
STYLISTA uses AI to generate outfit suggestions and recommendations. You acknowledge that: AI suggestions are for inspiration only and may not suit your taste, occasion, or needs; AI-generated recommendations may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete; suggestions are not professional styling, fashion, or image consulting advice; and you are free to ignore, modify, or reject any suggestion. STYLISTA makes no guarantee that AI suggestions will meet your expectations.
STYLISTA allows users to share and dedicate music tracks that are hosted on YouTube. Music is streamed from YouTube's servers and is subject to YouTube's terms. We do not host, own, or license this music. If you believe content linked through STYLISTA infringes your rights, contact us at stylistaandyou@gmail.com.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms, harass other users, misuse the platform, or create risk for the community — at our discretion, at any time. If you delete your account, your wardrobe, posts, and profile are removed. Content you posted publicly may remain in others' feeds in some cases.
To the fullest extent permitted by law: STYLISTA is not liable for interactions between users, including disputes or harassment between users (unless we were negligent in handling reports); we are not liable for losses arising from your use of AI suggestions or style advice from other users; we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; and we provide the platform "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
You agree to indemnify and hold STYLISTA harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: your content, your conduct toward other users, or your violation of these Terms.
